RETURNS
STORE POLICY:
By shopping at Deadweight Clothing Co. you agree to the following terms: Once your payment has been completed, we cannot cancel your order, as we begin fulfillment immediately.
PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES:
This is a one man operation! All orders are typically processed within [3-5 business days] Standard shipping typically takes between [5-8 business days], for destinations within the United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.
RETURNS:
We have a 15 day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original
packaging.
Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Any items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
ALL ITEMS ON SALE ARE FINAL SALE. Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Deadweight Clothing Co. does NOT provide prepaid shipping labels.
EXCHANGES:
Due to high volume and dynamic inventory fluctuations, we cannot guarantee an exchange.
If we do not currently have a replacement size you can return your items for store credit to reorder. Store credit is returned to you in the exact dollar amount you paid for the item (This does not include shipping costs).
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Customers will be responsible for shipping charges on the new size going back to customer.

MISSING DELIVERED PACKAGES:
If the tracking status of your package shows "Delivered" but you have not received the parcel:
Please verify your shipping address associated with your order.
If the address is correct, look for a notice of attempted delivery by your mail carrier.
Please look around the delivery location for your package, inquire
any house members if it is possible they received the package on your
behalf.
If you are comfortable, inquire neighbors to see if package was accidentally delivered to their address.
Many carriers now have scanners with GPS tracking capabilities and postal carriers can often find exactly where package
was delivered. If your package was delivered to the wrong address they may be able to help retrieve the package.
In the event your package is still not located: You
must contact your local post office or shipping provider responsible
for the delivery to see if they are holding the package or if there has
been reported delivery delays in the area. OR file a missing package
report with them personally with your provided tracking number.
